COMMISSION INFO
- Default turnaround is 3-4 weeks after payment is made
- I am open during communication so please don't hold back on your feedback for your order
- Revisions are free if it's due to my error, but if you require a sizeable modification, it will be chargeable at 30% of the cost per change (you will be notified before proceeding)
- I do not provide original/raw filesPAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payment is in USD through Paypal, Stripe or PayNow
- If PayNow is preferred the total will be converted from USD
- Partial payment is available for orders above 200USD and if agreed upon
- A full refund only applies when; (1) you cancel BEFORE confirmation of sketches, (2) i'm unable to work on your commission after confirmation, and (3) 1mo of no progress update from the lastPERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE
- All commissions are by default for personal use e.g profile pictures, gifts, stream assets, etc
- Commissions for merch and promotional editing such as thumbnails, posters, videos, etc fall under commercial usage, hence additional fees will apply
- Commissions are NOT to be used for NFTs nor AI Art
As the illustrator, I retain rights to use it for my own portfolio and promotion.
